Payments and Order Changes

100% payment must be made to secure your order. We must receive the payment or the order is null and void.

In placing an order and making a payment, you accept the T&Cs outlined in this page.

The date of your payment is the final date for any changes in the size, style, or flavor of the cake. Any changes requested after this date can't be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

If a date change is made less than 1 month prior to the event, we may accommodate the change only if the requested date is available. If we are unable to change the booking date due to unavailability, then the order is considered canceled.

Our retainer fees (50% deposit) are non-refundable.

Credits (minus a 20% administration fee) are provided at our discretion and may be given should you require postponing your order to a new date before cut-off, 2 weeks prior. A postponement without a secured date will be considered a cancellation.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the required date, and a 20% administration fee will be incurred for a postponement to a new date.
Allergy Warning

Flowers are provided by an outside source, and you acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, or other contaminants. We would recommend disposing of any part of the cake that was in touch with fresh flowers.

Our products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to be aware of these risks and will not us accountable for allergic reactions.

All decorative elements we put onto our cakes, from flowers and glitter to gold leaf are non-toxic and not harmful to humans. Decorations like edible gold leaf and glitter in particular are safe to use on cakes for decorative purposes only, consumption will not harm a human being, but it can't be classified as “edible” since it is not food.
- We work in a kitchen that uses nuts, wheat, gluten, dairy, and eggs. Ordering from us is entirely at your own risk.
- We are not halal certified and cannot guarantee that the ingredients we use do not contain non-halal materials (for example, animal gelatin, fatty acids, ethyl alcohol, and porcine DNA).
Cake Handling

We are not responsible for any damages to the cake after delivery/setup/pickup is complete. Once the cake has left our kitchen, it is your responsibility to look after it - we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred once it has left our premises, this includes when in transit using the delivery courier. We will investigate and fix any damage that can be fixed should this be the case.

You are responsible for ensuring an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Large cakes can be heavy and require a sturdy table, and once removed from the fridge are to be kept at an optimal room temperature. Should damage occur to the cake through no fault of the vendor, the client may request for the vendor to fix the cake prior to the event start time (subject to our availability). please note that in this instance, a service fee of a minimum of 5,000 JPY will be incurred and payment must be made at the time that alterations/fixes are made to the cake.

We will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display and promotion without compensation to you.
